His Brother, the Rook.

He's the one who watches the living, he's the Eyes of the Sun. The other one is the Gray Bird, or the Rook. He watches the dead. He's the Eyes of the Ground. I suppose you know them well, my boy."
"I have no idea what you're talking about, "Crow"."
"How so? Don't these words sound familiar to you?"
"It's just a bunch of typical stolen words to me, sorry."

The Bird of Fury. Doesn't look like a bird much, does he?
Well, he Is a bird, just like his brother, but in the situation above someone's imagination turned him into a dragon.
Oh, yes, and he's blind here. Sort of. That's why he's furious. You got me, right.
And that tiny fella - he stands on the water.
